🎨 The Happy Canvas – Official Terms of Service
Welcome to The Happy Canvas, where creativity, laughter, and a little bit of paint chaos come together! By purchasing a ticket or booking a private event, you agree to the following terms:
🎟️ Tickets & Payments
All ticket sales are non-refundable. Once you’ve purchased your seat, it’s yours.
If you miss your scheduled paint party, you’ll receive a take-home kit as a replacement—complete with all the supplies you need to paint at home.
Private party deposits are also non-refundable but can be applied toward a future booking within 60 days if rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice.
🧑🤝🧑 Guest Conduct
The Happy Canvas is a judgment-free, joy-filled zone—but if the host believes a guest is being mean, disruptive, or rude, that guest may be asked to leave with no refund. Be kind, have fun, and let’s keep the vibes happy!
💧 Paint & Property
We love art, but paint happens! The Happy Canvas will not be responsible for spills, stains, or damage at your venue. Please prepare your space accordingly—especially if you love your tablecloths or flooring.
💳 Cancellations & Minimums
Private parties may have a required minimum number of guests. Final headcounts are due 3 days before your event.
If the minimum is not met, the host is responsible for the full balance.
📸 Photos & Media
By attending, you agree that photos or videos taken during the event may be used on our social media or website for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know before class begins.
